Over the past 6 months my husband has had a temporary increase in income. We've paid down ALL of our debt and socked away $12K in investments. It CAN be done. I was once asked by a very prominent and successful speaker and author "so, let me guess...you had a shitty childhood...so what are YOU going to do about it now?!?" it just hit me. Regardless of your past or present circumstances, there is always a choice. If you continue to ask yourself "how can I?" or "What's the easiest way to...?" we would come up with solutions to problems and see opportunities in adversity. Instead there's a bunch of people that play a broken record everyday about why they can't. ENOUGH! Stop the treadmill! Decide what you want and give yourself permission to find a way to make it a reality. Thank you Chris for this honest, call it like it is, post. HW Chris,
