Unreached potential often creates aggression in people or worse, a feeling of self-entitlement that doesn't match the actions or experiences one brings to the table. To me, your message was clear: less excuses, more action. If a woman wants to be seen as a competent individual, she should just focus on producing results and not have a hundred excuses why she can't get her work done.
